1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

4. Domestic Shipping (U.S.) We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check our current promotions at checkout.

5. International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country.
