We want you to love your purchase from J & J Accessories. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:

• Final sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Items showing signs of wear or damage

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges If you received a defective or damaged item, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
